Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold a place before you apply. Properties are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval of your application. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Typically, you will need to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit. The last month’s rent is not usually required. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a rental property. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable, provided there are no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease terms have been met. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if you do not meet the income or credit requirements on your own. The cosigner will need to meet these requirements and sign the lease. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply by visiting our website, filling out an application form, and submitting the necessary documents. If you have any questions, our leasing office is available to assist you. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online through our tenant portal, by mail, or in-person at our office. We accept various forms of payment. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please review our pet policy and contact the leasing office to inform them of your intention to get a pet. Additional fees or a pet deposit may apply, and certain breed restrictions may be in place. A one time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If you plan to move out while your roommate stays, please notify the leasing office. We may need to amend the lease agreement and discuss any necessary arrangements with your roommate. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please provide us with written notice of your intention to move out according to the terms specified in your lease. This typically requires a 30 to 60-day notice before the lease expiration date.
